M4A1 "I AM WILL SMITH"

Description
A quick M16 port of AvengedDeathAlert's mod.

- Should work online.
- Custom Reload Sounds removed per commissioner's request.

Note: The muzzle flash isn't actually blue, that's just my lazy alpha keying.

Since this has a scope it'd be cool to see this ported to the sg552 as well.
