AI Amenities Boost

Friend said AI was struggling with Amenities and Consumer Goods causing them to struggle to keep up.
This gives all non gestalt ai empires a technology on game start that does the following:
Food/Mineral upkeep -50%
Amenities Usage -20%
Planetary Amenities +100%

Just a minor mod made for a friend but if your ai is suffering the same thing by all means try this out. Or if you just want the AI to have less worry about such things then try it out. Its your game you do you.

Note that this runs only on game start! To use it for AI you already have in your games, run the console command: event ai_amenities_boost.1

I'll have to work on a way to allow it to work after game starts.
