Alpha Biomes Smaller Giant Flowers

Description
This mod makes the giant flowers in the Idyllic Meadows biome a bit smaller, closer to the size of most tree-type plants.

@Icaro I figured since they were literally LARGER THAN THRUMBOS, and I was spending extra time a resources making sure they couldn't spawn around my house that they were abhorrently large. I'm glad this is helping others!
