MO Royalty column

Description
Gimmicky mod so that I can use the columns from MO without forcing the empire to be medieval.

I claim no ownership of the column sprite, the sole thing that I do own is the slightly modified XML.

@Zippy It's so that you can use the pretty columns without forcing a medieval empire. Think of it as the singular item ripped and separated.

Entirely harmless, just don't try to use the columns as cover during a gunfight, because they will not protect you.

Config error in Grand_column: impassable, player-buildable building that can be shot/seen over.

It’s an error that’s okay to just use, right? It suddenly popped up so I'm asking a question.

This is exactly the mode I wanted. I am using it well.

I don't know if you have any plans for 1.5 in the future, but I'm looking forward to seeing your mods in the future.
