More Exalted Traits Gatekeeper - 1.7 version

Description
Replaces GATEKEEPER with the 1.7 mod implementation.

Differences:
- Different elevator visuals
- Interacting with locked elevators highlights the Gatekeepers on the minimap
- Gatekeepers are more tougher (more armour, more resistance, more damage, less health)
