for 3.11.1 before ACG's military manpower rework was introduced

Why did i upload this additional outdated version of the mod for Stellaris 3.11.1 and ACG pre military manpower rework?

Because some people might want to finish their campaign on 3.11.1 and before i introduced the ACG military manpower rework, which will require you to start a new game once released. So if you have an old save game with ACG then use this mod to continue your save-game with 3.11.1 and before the new ACG update

IMPORTANT: you will also need an UI Overhaul Dynamic mod version for 3.11.1 and the UI Overhaul Dynamic Extended Topbar mod version for 3.11.1 or your game might crash or might be bugged when trying to start
