Description
Mod's function
A simple fix for tank to make the rock thrown by tank more likely hit the survivors who are far away from it.

Modify values of game
Convars.SetValue( "tank_throw_loft_rate", ".006" );//default ".01"
Convars.SetValue( "tank_throw_max_loft_angle", "30" );//default "30"
Convars.SetValue( "z_tank_throw_force", "1200" );//default "800"
