Description
Adds Loyalty to all factions with a click of a button.

Can be used with existing save.
IMPORTANT Always save your game under different name first to have backup when adding mods to existing game.

does this mod require a new save (I ask because a mod that has a similar interface (and maybe similar code in how they work (albiet it was form menoey)) doesn't need a new save)
