[B41] Ladders!? (easy mode)

Description
Ladders!? is awesome, but the crafting recipes are too expensive.

Wooden Ladder -- now Carpentry 1.
Removed glue & screws.

Steel Ladder -- now Metalworking 1.
Removed scrap metal, propane torch, welder mask. Added screwdriver.

Yeah, obviously don't want this mod if it disables one of the recipes.

Not to nitpick, but a proper wooden ladder doesn't use glue, nails or screws to begin with.
