Description
This is a mini-mod for the r/europe Victoria 3 Multiplayer game.
It increases the amount of convoys that you get in the late game.

Changes
- Increases the Industrial port production method to produce 225 convoys (previously 175)
- Increases the modern port production method to produce 300 convoys (previously 200)
- enables economy of scale for ports
- increases the maximum trade route level to 250 (previously 100)

I encountered a bug where all my subjects would try to build lvl 20 ports syphoning up a lot of their workforce. This happened while convoys were already in a heavy surplus. It got so bad that the states with little pops, like trucial coast were basicly only producing convoys.
