001_270B - Watcher /// Orbital Refueling Station

Watcher, lightly armored refueling station that is able to refuel most ship sizes. Crew compartment area is small. Also meant to launch the S - 263 Observer Titan to intercept and identify targets. "Interior" Landing Area can fit semi-large small grid ships. Lacks proper defense measures so it depends on ships and interceptors.

This is my first ever publicly released station or a static base so im going to begin a "new" numbering system for them hence the "001". The cockpit is pretty hidden because it lacks lights but it next to the fish tank
I doubt it can be used in survival because a lot of is just decorative so making it uses a lot of unnecessary materials but all of the functional block such as assemblers, refineries, tanks*, reactors, etc should be connected properly.
