Description
Adds various tweaks to Vanilla Armour Expanded and a new flak cape apparel.

Coding was done by the great Taranchuk, thanks a bunch to these two amazing modders.

This mod is intended to make the vanilla armors, specifically their helmets, stand out a bit more when compared to the Vanilla Armour Expanded Trooper and Siegebreaker Armors. It also adds a flak cape so you can still see your pawns' trooper armor while wearing a flak jacket as well as to protect your royals in style. Additionally, it locks Siegebreaker Armor behind both Cataphract Armor research and 3 additional techprints for consistency with Cataphract Armor.

Tweaks:

Siegebreaker Armor research now requires 3 techprints and having completed Cataphract Armor research.

Adds a hediff when wearing the 3 following helmets (and their prestige variants).

Recon Helmet - This pawn is particularly alert due to using their built in helmet comms. +5% Consciousness

Marine Helmet - Due to an internal metabolic efficiency stimulator in this helmet, this pawn needs to eat less. -10% Hunger Rate

Cataphract Helmet - To enable the user to fight for longer, an micro circadian assistant is included within this helmet. -5% Rest Fall Rate

Additions:

Flak Cape - For the trooper who wants to fight in style, without sacrificing protection, there is the flak cape. Functionally the same as a flak jacket, its refined style keeps even royals satisfied and safe.

The flak cape has the exact same stats as the flak jacket and is not stuffable. It is unlocked with Flak Armor Research.

Additional Notes:
I am not a modder myself, I just commissioned this mod to make the game feel a little more alive. I would love suggestions on if these changes feel lore appropriate, balanced and if the changed stats even make sense. Would a different change feel better to you? Type out a comment!

Crap, sorry. Updating it to 1.5 reverted the textures back to the placeholder ones again.

Apologies! Will be fixed soon, siegebreaker textures were a placeholder texture while I was waiting on the art to be finished.

The latest update does seem to have replaced the cape with siegebreaker textures for some reason.
