Enable All Role Apparel

Description
Allow all apparel to be used as precept role apparel by default.

If you're looking for more granular control (and an excellent UI) check out Delmain Tweaks - Role Apparel

This mod simply overrides the XML-based limitations around which pieces of apparel can be assigned to a role, and allows all apparel by default. It does do some simple filtering (no child clothing, no slave clothing, no mechinator clothing) which I could probably add options for if people needed them.

Safe to add to any running save. If you want to remove it, make sure any roles on your world (either your Ideo or another factions) are only using the basic apparel clothes or you'll probably get errors.

i've never seen any lag with this mod, it's lightning fast. it simply enables the list the AI picks from to be larger and include modded apparels.

@Arcimbaldo yeah, only ideo roles. Not for the preferred apparel

Does this affect ideo "preferred apparel" or only role apparel specifically?

it prevents the game from choosing random apparel during world creation on any ideology meaning u wont get the long ass loading times but u have to set them urself manually for each faction ideology unless u dont care about them.

@Archilyte Any word yet on how bad the lag gets?

I'm very curious as reports about huge lag during world gen is what is making me afraid of this and leaning more towards "Role Apparel".

yeah this is why delmain's mod makes you choose because then you dont have to wait for the game to check compatibility for apparel you are never gonna use, but yea imma try loading this with my 1000 modlist and see how bad it gets

if worldgen is ok with 300 pieces of apparel then this might actually work lol, i remember the reason it used to lag so much is because it would try to individually check each apparel with EVERY OTHER APPAREL to check if both can be worn at the same time, and it does this over and over again for each apparel and this entire fiasco for EACH IDEOLOGY it generates lol. it was a grand shitshow, and i feel like thats why the original mod never got updated past 1.3 for this reason

hmmm i could run some tests. I have about 300 pieces of apparel and world gen seemed reasonable to me. However I don't make new games very often so I may not notice it being long?

does it lag at world gen with other apparel mods? i remember a mod that used to do this, and if you had any other apparel mods it would lag A LOT during worldgen...
