It's easy for the driver to use their own mounted welder. The gunners have to turn their turret about 90 degrees to get the guns to touch the mounted welders they have.
(You can just use a welding tool but this is for in-combat and to conserve the welding tools for other repairs.)

Has a decent amount of space for equipment, and vital components are accessible for repair. There are 11 passenger seats, and rifles for 14 people.

Medium physics is recommended because the plane usually has difficulty coming out of the water when crashing into it at low physics.
