Real Eyes 3.0

Description
The next generation of eye colors is here and has been completely reworked, including entirely new palettes of eye color shades made by me.

Real Eyes is a simple file that changes eye color to allow for more variation of brown, hazel, green, turquoise, blue and gray shades that are more natural and realistic, and not in the vanilla game. Also includes shades of pink and violet for Albino characters verses the absurd red. I have also done away with most "fantasy" colors that were unrealistic, but my tones are still varied enough for fantasy-themed games and will fit in with whatever aesthetics you prefer. Nearly everything has been based off of real human eyes.

Compatibility: There is NO compatibility between AGOT and my mod. If you'd like to use a mod that works with AGOT look here: https://steamproxy.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3548389037 You can still use my mod with EPE, just load it towards the bottom so it overrides the EPE colors.

Model DNA can be found here:

Thank you (all 58,000 of you) for your support and kind words over the years, you've made this Lady smile!

@HeirandtheSpare No worries, thank you for the reply anyway.

@rony419- perhaps after the bigger DLC comes out I can add some slightly deeper shades of red, but there isn't any room for a large expansion of colors, as Albinos only draw their eye colors from a single area on the color map, so we are limited to just that. It's not very big and really limits what you can do.

@HeirandtheSpare Don't get me wrong I LOVE the diversity your mod brings and it wasn't meant as criticism, just an informative discussion.

You're completely right about the bright red eyes in vanilla being absurd, but irl albinos can appear to have red shades for their eyes just as all the other colors you've mentioned. You can google it and see for yourself. Lack of melanin and iris transillumination causes light to not be blocked effectively and the eyes to have a glowing of translucent appearance with diff shades under certain light condisions, red included (again, due to tiny blood vessels - which can be red, violet or blue and give those optical illusions).

I think you should add back some shades of subtle red for albinism and also make them able to have light blue to gray eyes and rarely very light brown. No worries if you don't have the desire to edit your mod farther, it's really great anyway :)

@rony419..... I disagree, because I have actually seen Albino people with eye color shades that looked bluish purple, a very very light pink, and a pinkish purple before. Have you seen the original color!? (Yes, it's just one, no variation at all.) THEY ARE ABSURD! I have never seen anyone with bright red eyes before in real life. So regardless of what color they really are, they just don't exist in real life the way they do in a vanilla game. Thus, mine are more realistic.

Love this mod sm! Just a heads up - albinism usually have blue to gray or sometimes hazel to brown eyes, there's no true pink or violet as much as there's no true red. It happens when light shines through the iris and reflects off the blood vessels at the back of the eye. So if considering realism they're all equally absurd lol.

Fair enough. Thanks for the response, and the mod of course.

@Galahad, Compared to the vanilla game, they are a huge improvement. Also, it really depends on the setup you have. I've seen other people's games and their colors were a lot more vivid than mine are. But all in all, there will always be some colors that are too vivid. I chose to keep some in there for those that like a more fantastical aesthetic. I think that's better than simply offering less colors.
