press f4 to unlock the mouse iirc
dunno, haven't played tm in over half a year and probably won't be updating it

doesnt work because when i do it im in a seat and i cant select because my mouse is not there :(

go into custom builder (when not in seat: ctrl + n) then click on a block spawning button and it'll appear under the seat
