Limited Acquirable Technology Blueprints

This mod adds a new scenario, which gives you access to a limited variety of technology blueprints during the game.

1.use mod Configurable Techprints to add tech-blueprint requirements for all your researches.

2.add a new scenario called "Max Acquirable Technology Blueprints" and config it like how the picture shows above. Recommend to set all the numerical values into 10%.

3.for the rest of the story, you will not be able to unlock all the researches due to unable to buy or get(from quests) all the tech-blueprint variants.
