Wars are impossible to win. For 20 turns I have been at war with full military strength and there is still no event showing up that tells me that I have won a battle.

I think that's a conflict with another mod. One of the bigger ones (either Democracy+ or D4 Overhaul) has an unused war situation in the code.

i just entered a war without irredentist claims is that a some kind a bug and i stay in that war for the whole time

And also, for kingdom,dictatorship,kaiserreich, the start trigger is lower than end trigger, which is legal but I dont believe its a good practice

And also, the fire chance for war lost is really weird, the default value is 0.4, plus 0.4*war minus 0.1*military_strength. So you definitely will lost your war, no matter how powerful your army is

And also, war will occur even you dont have the Irredentist Claims policy. the reason is that you wrongly wrote the situation
irredentist_claims,0.4+(0.6*x) means this term will be default 0.4, no matter if you have the policy, and also the trigger thresholds for the situation is 0.2.
This is the same for all other situation, please do check it

do you know that CreateGrudge(ForeignRelations,-0.3,3) means -0.3 will be multiply by 3 every turn?which means it will reach 1 very soon. and also this means your ForeignRelations will be zero after 30 turns,since the event can fire again

It starts when you pass Irredentist Claims and ends after some time if your military is strong enough. You also need to win at least one battle (one of the related events).
