Unlock New Game(NG) +20

Description
This mod unlocks all NG from +1 to +20 even without game clears. It can be helpful for people that want to play at a higher NG+ and don't want to grind multiple game clears on lower NG+. You'll still get 20 legacy points per difficulty level.

P.S.: If you start a new game at NG+5 or above, you'll automatically unlock 2 related achievements on Steam.
