Description
I've added Vietnam Stars to League 2 in England.

- Sign only Vietnamese players (or players with Vietnam as 2nd nationality)

- Decent Budget

- Slightly increased Vietnam Youth Rating

- Added the current VN squad to your team, however, retired them from the national to avoid call ups during the season
New stadium

- Added a few players

- You'll have to change the logo
