@PlayaCharacter - I understand and agree with most of what you're saying, yet I feel like going to high with the NU would make it so that many other food items would become close to useless. Yes, 8 NU might be too low to begin with..
For it to be balanced, a good amount of changes are required (weight, price and what not). I might take a look at it in the future.
As for your worship idea, might be fun for a standalone mod :)

As for the name, if someone playing the Rock Bottom start finds some of that water in the Great Desert, they're gonna get religious. Heck, you could make an altar to Okran that uses the worship animation, consumes water jugs, and trains hackers (the preferred weapon of the Holy Nation).
