Getting the same issue. Puppets are all having weird names. That also makes it that you can't use the puppet's manpower to build units (Such as UK using the Raj)

Love the mod. One small error I’ve run into is that—for some reason (possibly conflict with another mod?)—the autonomy system gets bugged. The descriptions of autonomy tiers are replaced (for example: Ostate, Slavic Union Member), and I’m no longer able to manually declare independence through the autonomy menu. I ran into this during a playthrough trying to become a free democratic India. Disabling the mod fixed the issue, so I believe the root conflict is here. Thought I’d report it in case others are running into the same thing.
