Victoria 3 but its actually Based

Description
Brought back the Romans, recognized and buffed the Persians and Egyptians. Should make the middle east more interesting.

Made several provinces bigger, gave Persia some arms plants, and buffed their GDP through agriculture to be closer to Byzantines and Egyptians.

Byzantium, Egypt and Persia are lvl 2 in tech (1 being the highest) and have similar Literacies (around 30%).

Buffed TransJordan with Lead and Sulfur as it was a useless province.

I'd delete the Ottomans completely, but I haven't figured out how to do that without my game crashing. :(
