Cigarette mod

Description
Adds cigars to all classes.
Wait out the artillery barrage by smoking a pack of these with your buddies in a trench!
Equip the cig under the 2nd utility tab.

NOTE!
Since this replaces the default theater, it can NOT be used on regular servers! Only usable in solo or custom servers.

This is a replacement for the default theater, the default theater itself just has to precache the ui and particles, in addition to loading the cig theater files.
Hopefully it works!

And thanks to pixabay for the sound effect!
