Formula Vee ground effect League

Description
Simple low brick Formula Vee race car with ground effect based on Thompson Motorsports

NOT Built by me, I just edited and added some parts and make it more suitable for some kind of a racing league

Major changes:
- Added fuel usage
- Added text bricks to show a number and driver name
- Added gold to keep fuel tanks safe from the engine
- Changed the texture of carbon fibre
