From the CT start, in the hallway heading to the middle area, there's what looks like a prop lever just hanging in mid-air. This is also mentioned in the Bug Reports thread.

Great Port. Love your work. I noticed that the rotating Fans in Vent are falsly rotating. They seem to be 90° misaranged on the y axe. Keep up the good work. I would love to see a port of Resort. It was a great map back in the time. Greetings and have a nice day.
