Albania's chance

This mod simply gives Albania a chance. At the normal 1444 start albania is at
war with The Ottomans. An almost impossible war to win.

I've made that war dissapear and gave Albania vassalisation over Ragusa and made
Hungary gaurantee Albania. Regusa will appear to hate albania although it is
easy to annex them just by improving relations with regusa. This is what the tag
suggests. Alternative history. Do not expect historical accuracy.

(I've recently raised the base tax of Albania)
