Armaments: 2x 2b 150mm turrets, 2x huge torpedoes, 4x simple AA guns.
Speed: 24m/s
Power: RTGs and batteries.
The Fulgarium is a heavy submarine, using breadboard to determine if it's necesarry to fight submerged or surfaced. The Fulgarium stays ~100m below the surface to attack.
