[MST] Map specific VGUI

Description
This adds l4d1 style vgui elements that use the MST stystem so they will only show up in L4D1 maps

this also contains vgui fixes by sashadudeRUS

this will also work in versus if you know how to enable mods in said mode

please note that if using other vgui mods will either overlap this mod or cause some icons to be black on l4d1 maps

it would be so cool if there was a mod where on the left 4 dead 1 maps you would have the 1911 pistols and on the left 4 dead 2 maps you would have the sig and glock

Sry if i sound like a prick but the fixes u used are mine not Sasha's, i used his as basis but ended up using just the Grenade Launcher he modified
