Description
I made this mod inspired by Montu video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E9mpAOeDip8



Like I said, this mode decrease FL from every source.
Base FL: 20 -> 5 (1/4)
FL from tech: 30 -> 6 and 20 -> 5 (1/5)
Galactic Force Projection Ascention perk: 80 -> 20 (1/4)
Supremacy tradition: 20 (untouched)
Anchorage: 4 -> 1 (1/4)
Naval Logistics Office: 2/An -> 0.5/An (1/4)
Soldier/Warrior drone job: 4 -> 0.25 / 6 -> 0.375 (with Ground Defense Planning) (1/16)
Reduced Starbase hp, armor, shields and amount of weapons
cost of ship increased x10

Hi! I'm really enjoying your take on the mod over other ones and I've found a couple of places where the normal ship capacity is still in effect and braks a bit the system:

- The aptitude tradition has a node that for each level of admirañ/general you get 2 naval cap, which has given me a huge advantage there, probably reduce it to 0.5 or even 0.25 would be better

- There are some traits for Admirals/Generals that give naval cap at like 20 per level, so bringing it down to 5 or 2 would be better

Finally what Borsk says is true, you don't need to override the entire file, but it's okay if you don't want to go into that.

I just looked at the mod sources and noticed that it overrides a lot of things it doesn't have to. I just wanted to let you know that you can rename a file to zzzz_(file name here).txt and only override the element you are trying to change, that would make stellaris use your definition. I strongly recommend doing it this way, because that would massively increase this mod's compatibility with other mods

Suggestion: Reduce the number of ships needed for a mercenary enclave. The current need of 50 would be a very major part of any fleet at more or less any part of the game. Maybe have it needing 20 ships or so instead?

Great mod though, I can appreciate the reduced fleet ammounts

I think increasing the number of ships per fleet by a factor of 2 - 4 would be a good change instead

Thanks for the mod! Could you perhaps increase ship build time and decrease starbase defense platform capacity?

@Vex Lawson fleet power currently contributes disproportionately large amount of diplomatic weight. If anything, this mod makes it more balanced
