This is my porting proposal of my Moonrise skins to Counter-Strike 2.

I didn't redraw the pattern, it still looks the same, but I had to change some little things to fit the new models. The new glock's button is not in the same place than the old one so I moved the star. The new UMP45 is a bit longer than the old one so I had to fix it.

What about the colors : Source 2 needs lighter colors so I had to change them and fix the levels. You can see that finally we have almost the same skins in CS2 but on new high quality models and on a new engine - Source 2 - PBR based.

The most important thing is that you keep your rare star for any seed of your skin. You can see a comparison of the old and the new Moonrise for several seed values.

So, basically...

If you had a full rare star in CS:GO, you will have a full rare star in CS2.

If you had a half rare star in CS:GO, you will have a half rare star in CS2.

If you hadn't a star in CS:GO, you will not have a star in CS2.

You need to know I designed the pattern to make the star a rare drop. And I never designed the pattern to make anything else a rare drop (front moon, rear moon, etc). So, I can't guarantee any non-official rare seed.
But maybe new rare and undiscovered drops are possible on these ported versions.
