Name: STRUGGLE TO ESCAPE (COMPLETE EDITION)
Description: An add-on to escape from Special Infecteds.
Authors: Me (Sr.Caveira | 頭蓋骨 </> Dark'), (H.U.N.K) and (Jer/Somnician)

[!] I'm not the owner of this add-on. I only re-coded the (KILL EDITION) and put these new features: [!]

  1. Completely refactored code;
  2. Now you can choose if will Stagger OR Kill the Special Infected by CVar command;
  3. Hint Text to warn players to press the Shove Button and escape;
  4. Bots can also escape from Special Infected now! It's calculated based on the Game Difficulty and the Current Attacker;



[+] FIXES:

- (30/09/2023) - Fixed Attacker Name not showing (if the Attacker Name couldn't be found, will returns "Special Infected" for each language available);
- (01/10/2023) - Fixed Hint Text showing while Player is incapacitated (now doesn't show if the Player is incapacitated);
- (15/10/2023) - Fixed Hint Text not showing when Player's Language couldn't be found. Now will uses English as Default when doesn't found;



[+] UPDATES:

- (30/09/2023) - Bots can also escape from Special Infected now! It's calculated based on the Game Difficulty and the Current Attacker;
- (30/09/2023) - Now you can choose if will Stagger OR Kill the Special Infected by CVar command;
- (20/10/2023) - Added ZH-CN(Simplified Chinese) translations phrases provided by (@gameluna). Thanks a lot!;

You don't need to send this command every time you're going to play.
Just one time and the current Struggle Method will be saved into:

\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\ems\sts_struggle_to_escape\struggle_method.txt



[+] KNOWN ISSUES:

  1. When the Player is in God Mode, can't escape from Special Infected. (Will be fixed in soon).

this needs more updates, i have friends that are foreign, and i understand their language, but they see the tips on my language, so atleast picking the language that the mod must use in the ems folder, and you cannot struggle if you are pinned while incapacitated, and also cannot struggle if you are getting tongue tied.

Is it possible to just reupload the Stagger edition alone? Command just doesnt work for me and I don't wanna have to keep changing everytime

I have a question, is there an instruction to customize the break-away time? Otherwise, unless in expert mode, the threat of special feeling is not even as good as a group of zombies.

Can you fix it that you cannot struggle if you are tongue tied? (Should be that you can struggle when you are getting dragged by a smoker, not already getting choked by one) Meaning that if you never actually get to the smoker where the dramatic light gets from white to red (like being swarmed by a horde) you cannot struggle and DIE
