Description
This was supposed to be a gm_construct ripoff for JBmod, jb_construction, but i ended up making it more construct-like and for Garrys Mod.

Features:
   - Raised area
   - Garage area
   - Small creek flowing through the map, ending in a small pond
      ~ I can't properly paint the displacements in hammer, which seems to be some sort of bug
   - High building
   - Lots of free space for building and other fun stuff!
