Motorway barrier vehicle (Brittish,1970's)

Description
Oh flip, there is a hole in one of my roads.
and someone has rammed 3 metric tonnes of dangerous chemicals on 4 tonnes of lorry into the hole.
oh deer.
Don't worry, this vehicle and the barriers on it will stop 2 tonnes of grundling bus ramming into the chemical transit
lorry.
