Work in Progress
This is meant to support would-be modders in comparing the ancient empires with my new released WIP below.
It has no gameplay utility that is superior to the traditional CE / AE build other than being consolidated and easier to work with as a modder.

This asset pack merges Ancient Empires Pack 1 and Classical Empires without the DB, Text and Scripts.
It includes the meshes, animations, audio, models, esf, maps, portholes, rigids etc.
It is meant to accompany
Ancient-Classical Empires Integration and Bug-Fix for the Ancient Empires modding community

If that doesn't work, the mod below matches it with the same non-modded original files:

I didn't open up AE pack 2 as they've left it alone for years. This does basically a file reshuffle.

I understand, but I get a CTD on the first turn if I don't use AE1.

But shouldn't "Classical Empires merged with Ancient Empires pack 1 DB, Tx and Scripts only" and "Ancient and Class Empires Complete Asset Pack Sept 2023" overwrite much of AE 1 and AE 2?

Again, the intent is to NOT run AE pack 1 with this mod. This mod contains all of Ancient Empires 1 ex the db, txt and script so running it with this is likely going to cause load problems. It also contains all the asset additions from classical empires except the scripts, db, txt. The point is to run it with a modded version of a pack with just the db, txt and scripts from AE (or plus CE). It should improve loading and performance this way according to the MK1212 team. Anyone modding will see the point of this. Otherwise, just use the traditional AE1/AE2 setup with your favorite submods.

I did as "j_wag14" did. It works fine with this load order:

1) Classical Empires merged with Ancient Empires pack 1 DB, Txt and Scripts only
2) Ancient and Class Empires Complete Asset Pack Sept 2023
3) Ancient Empires Models & Assets - Part 1 of 2
4) Ancient Empires Models & Assets - Part 2 of 2

along with a few submods and everything works fine with rome campaign works fine.

Using this load order

I can start a campaign (Rome), but I get a CTD as soon as I attack (auto resolve) the carthagnian fleet outside Carthago. I've tried several times.

I think everyone is upset about that not working on the Classical Empires discord. CA broke it with their summer update. I won't have time to build that script but once MK 1212 figures it out we can copy it.

Actually, redownloading 2 and 3 in the my loading order together with cleaining of C:\Users\galga\AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\Attila allow this mod order to load.
