Fortifications - Industrial - Language Patch

Description
Due to technical shenanigans the old mod page was deleted and this is the reupload. Sorry about that.

But hey, good news is, I updated this mod for 1.4 and fixed a few more things that I missed last time!

What is this mod for?
AOBA is a fantastic modder and I love everything they do, but sometimes their descriptions take on a wildly different tone than Rimworld's more utilitarian style of prose. This is my attempt to remedy this issue, basically rewriting everything to fit more seamlessly with the game.

Complementary mod for this
Fortifications - Industrial - Concrete Floor Patch makes it so the basegame "Concrete" and "Paved tile" floors actually use the cement introduced by AOBA's mod instead of steel.
