@Alexpvm See my post below yours, as well as try disabling AI and Fog of War for a few in game days and see if that works.
At the moment the running theory is that the AI is trying to spawn units in the "Forbidden Zone" of the map and causing the game to freak out and crash, or there is a focus that is causing it.
Issue with that theory is it's random depending on the country, and it varies from nation to nation who is doing it, making it impossible to lock down.
If you have Across the Caribbean on, annex Chichen Itza and hope that fixes it. If not or yoy can't: My only option is to restart and hope it doesn't happen again.
