Ghillie Suits

Description
Ever wanted to cosplay as your favorite bush on Kenshi? Check on that cute Shek girl you're too afraid to talk to? Break the most broken gameplay system even more? Well, look no further (and make others look harder) with the power of weaving leaves together!

Adds 5 different ghillie suits to the game, all based on different flora found throughout the continent of Kenshi:
  • grass (bulb)
  • grass (yellow)
  • grass (twiggy)
  • grass (clumped)
  • thornbushes
They can all be crafted at a clothing bench after completing their respective research at tech level 2 as either torso or belt items. While they give an insane bonus to stealth and assassination, you will feel the consequences of wearing a large, cumbersome net should anybody get close to you.
Added cosmetic (belt) versions of all suits. Also removed the negative atheltics multiplier from the normal belt versions.

This is a quick'n'dirty joke mod, so no, it's not finely balanced or integrated into the world vendor and loot system (yet). I might work on that down the line, but don't expect much.

i see some good banter here, unfortunately steam doesn't allow pins or likes or anything, yall deserve some!

As for stats, it's basically no armor at all, with a 0.8 dex penalty, but 3x stealth multiplier. For the rifles, they come from my other large modpack (Driftmetal Remnants).

Would be nice if the screenshots showed the actual armor.
All I see is trees, shurbs, grass, and dirt.

there's quite a few zones in Kenshi that feature basically the same terrain, can confirm the suits work especially well there lol

It's a quirk of how Kenshi's armor system works. I set this negative modifier on the torso slot armor too, but it does only seem to work on backpacks and belt items. Since i added the belt versions in like 5 minutes after someone asked for these, i never got rid of the athletics debuff. Will update now and remove it, it's frankly just annoying to play with in my opinion. Thanks for reminding me it's still on there.

Good day, is it on purpose that the belt version of this armor has a .70x demerit on athletics while the chest piece version doesnt have one?
