Creative Mode

Description
A creative mode scenario for Desynced

You need to start a new game with this scenario selected(Click the gear icon next to "Freeplay")

Configurable in the mod settings menu (accesible under Main Menu->Options->Mods->Creative Mode)
  • All research is unlocked.
  • Buildings don't cost resources
  • Buildings are built faster
  • Components have no cost and a short crafting time
  • Bots have no cost and a short crafting time
  • Items have no cost and a short crafting time
  • You can set the amount of starter Scouts
  • You can set power and radius for Power Cells
  • You can set the view radius of Scouts
  • A few basic starting resources and a Assembler

Note: Blueprints of buildings or bots still need the components.


Plans for future versions:
  • Creative chest and component
  • Void chest and component
  • infinite power / components don't use power
  • Create resource nodes

when trying to use this mod, it gives an error "script error while setting up scenario and mods"

Thank you so much for creating this mod! I love to be able to quickly create bots and components for free while still having a motivation to mine ressources for creating buildings. That's much more the kind of creativity that I'm looking for in a game! Great job!

You have to activate the mod in the mod-menu
Then choose under Options->Mods->Creative Mode the things you want to activate ord adjust
Then you need to start a new game with this scenario selected (Click the gear-button to the right of "Freeplay"

Does not seem to do anything

you have deleted Power value once(made it blank).
The default button currently just changes the text and not the internal value
You have to enter the number manually and press enter

I will fix this as soon as possible
