Exhibit building with restrooms, shopping, café and 2 enclosure slots. Each enclosure has a ground level "cave window" to see the animals up close, and both enclosures also have overlook walkways to see them from higher up. You can pretty easily remove the fence underneath the overlook to combine it into 1 big enclosure if you want.
