RPG Rebalance full damage

Description
Variant of RPG rebalance mod without damage reduction. Basically this mod only modifies the RPG7 and does not change the HE Rocket stats. RPGs are still one shot in this version.

Disable the "RGB Rebalance" mod to see a difference.
