(V66 BETA) Ankha Race

Description
Originally created by razar1, and revived by Enki for V62, this patch brings the Ankha people back for V64, V65, and V66.

NOTE: The V66 version hasn't been thoroughly tested yet. I was able to make a new save, place a town hall, and let the game play itself for a few minutes. Feel free to post crash logs in the comments/forum.

Here are some notable changes:
- Sprite file structure has been reworked to match the new system from V64.
- Additive modifiers present from V63 and below have been changed to the current Multiplicative system shown in the V64 update.
- Added preference for having slaves of other species.
- Implemented a -0.5 multiplier for the Vargen race mod. Cats and dogs don't mix! This won't apply the other way, however.
- Since Ankhas are at a huge disadvantage thanks to their newly reduced size and mass, I added a ranged skill modifier.

Working on trying to fix sprites again. Separated parts of the spritefile into face and mouth, but it's still failing to render.

nvm typed too soon, thought the free lands where supposed to be ankh kingdoms since they where using the ankh species icon, there a ankh kingdoms that spawned just fine
