Q: No don't do this you will annoy medic players. Just no not this it is gonna make medics confused.
A: As a hat or misc, you wouldn't be able to see it through walls. And any class can see their team's health just by looking at them. And a medic should do his (or her?) best to keep everyone overhealed anyway. Also with the way it bobs and moves with your head, it still shouldn't confuse anyone when the real medic call stays still and is not 3D (so no matter how the one who called for medic moves, it will allways be seen)
