Yoshikage Kira, the main antagonist from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure Part 4: Diamond is Unbreakable, joins Rivals.

Central Mechanic / Neutral Special: Killer Queen
By tapping nspec, Kira will use his stand, Killer Queen, to place a bomb. Jab 3 finisher and the tipper on his strongs can place the bomb on players while nspec can place it on both players and objects. If there are no bombs placed on a player or object, his fspec and dspec will have a bomb on it automatically. Nspec with a bomb on a player or object causes Killer Queen to detonate the bomb.

Foward Special: Stray Cat
Kira uses Stray Cat to create an air bubble. This air bubble has no hitbox if there is no bomb placed on it. However, if Killer Queen places a bomb on it, the air bubble turns into a deadly projectile that explodes on contact. Kira can redirect the bubble twice while its out with fspec, with the third press destroying the bubble completely.

Down Special: 100 Yen Coin
Killer Queen tosses a coin at the opponent. The coin travels in an arc and deals weak knockback to any opponents touching it. After the coin is tossed, it stays on stage for a while before eventually despawning. Kira is able to place a bomb on the coin, allowing him to blow it up from a distance.

Up Special: Hasty Escape
Kira removes one of his suit buttons and explodes it with Killer Queen, causing him to launch into the air. Using this move allows Kira to recover from offstage at the cost of removing his bomb from any objects or players.

- Kira can be quite slow and stubby, so proper use of his projectiles during neutral is important to allow him to get in on opponents. He has a large amount of mix-ups available so make sure to use them effectively.

- A Stray Cat bubble can pick up a coin with a bomb on it, allowing Kira to place a bomb inside it from a distance.

- If parry and nspec are pressed at the same time, Kira can always perform the chop.
