Omni+Spec

The submarine has now been updated, and testing confirms that in Shipyard Mode, full-speed surfacing and diving no longer produce water splash effects. However, when the submarine's speed is upgraded, slight clipping of splash effects may still occur.
This issue could be resolved by further lowering the hull of the moving rack. However, such an adjustment would obstruct the upward and downward movement path of the hull, making it unable to rise and descend properly.
