Description
This is just a compatibility mod for the Rune Golems to also have the reduced cooldowns.

It annoyed me a little how long the cool down timers were for the Dwarfen Rune Magic, so I wanted to reduce it. I've also reduced most of the Rune's length of time they are active to account for it, and reduced the miscast chance for the master runes.

I'm more than happy to listen to feedback and can create an adjusted mod if anyone prefers. It shouldn't have any compatibility problems, unless another mod edits the same abilities, but I can make a compatibility mod for them.

Non-Master Runes
Active Time (SFO -> My Mod)
Oath and Steel: 45 -> 40
Negation, Breaking, Slowness and Speed: 30 -> 25
Wrath and Ruin: 10 -> 10

Recharge Time: 120 -> 90
Miscast Chance: 0% (Unchanged)
Shared Cooldown Time: 60 -> 45

Master Runes
Active Time (SFO -> My Mod)
Breaking: 60 -> 50
Negation, Oath and Steel, Slowness and Speed: 45 -> 40
Wrath and Ruin: 10 -> 10

Recharge Time: 180 -> 120
Miscast Chance: 35% -> 25%
Shared Cooldown Time: 90 -> 60
