Mod contains only an .xml change for Tinker 3 entry. Reducing INT requirement from 29 to 26.

I just tried unsubscribing and resubscribing, it shows up in manager just fine.
Steam sometimes bugs out, try restarting entire steam after you subscribe.

Not working for some reason, any idea why? I don't see it in my mod manager menu. Anyway to edit anything to change this manually? Thanks!
