a counter-strike: source map modified by me to look better and also extended a bit

seems like breaking the glass will still create the missing textures even with mat spec turned to 0

try doing mat_specular 0 as a temporary fix

The reason why windows have the missing textures is because there's no cubemaps that were built in the map, if they aren't built, then you get missing textures on metallic / shiny textures.

disable specular (mat_specular 0), it happens sometimes idk why

there's de_aztec soundscapes with rain, I think you should check these
