Adds the character Steve (not minecraft) to the game!

This character is based off of a comment by Toaster Commander on a Youtube video called weird isaac bug that says "My copy of Isaac had a character named Steve, he has a mustache". I saw that comment, one thing lead to another, and here we are today.

This is my first character mod (and mod in general) so it's very simple but I plan to add more stuff to it (when I figure out how to).

Currently only adds one (1) character.

Stuff I plan to add is:
