Description
for some raison the capone story *can* (alway ?) bug with the mission "it's all irish", i think they inversed inlineThug and outsideThug so you finish the mission but can't enter. That frustrating ...
Important : if the mission is already active you *must* reseting it (active devel option, reset, active the trigger with alt + 1 key)
won't work with mod who change al capone history

Hello ! There is a known bug for Maxim Zelnick's "follow the money" mission where you must have 200 notoriety to move on and once done, it requires you to complete the main missions except that they are already completed and therefore the main quest stays stuck like that indefinitely, can you fix this bug?

That seem to work, but no time to test more, so consider alpha release and at your risk !
